I wasn't keeping *any* pups from the Kosmos Diamonds litter, but that arrangement did not suit Kholo at all. The moment he popped out he immediately "spoke" to me, and I knew straight away that he was not planning to go anywhere, and was destined to stay forever. Kholo is a very special little boy who continued to cement his place in the Kosmos family as he grew. At birth he looked like a mini-Nick (Sup Ch Tunamara Sahje), hence his call name Kholo (Nikholo). His nature is exactly like my beloved Rugby whippet, and I do believe Rugby has come back in this new little body. Kholo is a true miniature sighthound with all the correct sighthound characteristics. He is small and elegant, but in no way weedy - his proportions are perfect. Kholo is named after the 13.22 carat pear-shaped Winston Blue diamond, the largest known flawless vivid blue diamond in the world. Sold in 2014 for $23.8 million, it has been said about the diamond that "It is absolutely perfect, absolutely pure externally and internally. It is almost a dream." It is therefore a very fitting name for Kholo, who is so perfect in my eyes!
Kholo can also be seen on The Diamonds' page.
